THE CHALLENGE
Since launch in June 2020, the majority of Frenchie Wear’s revenue came from Facebook & Instagram Ads. Our task was to challenge that approach and diversify Frenchie’s marketing. Within 3 months, revenue more than doubled with a well-implemented multi-channel approach.
Our strategy

Our strategy was influenced by the IOS14.5 update that wreaked havoc across the digital marketing world. Despite the inconvience of the update, we saw an opportunity to lead the way and diversify our approach.

No longer was the focus entirely about Facebook & Instagram. Now, the opportunity came from utilising a holistic approach towards marketing, which included Google, SMS, Emails & Influencers and powerful Shopify apps which helped sky-rocket Frenchie Wear’s average order value.

The Results
Frenchie Wear saw a massive increase in growth this Australian winter in 2021 vs last Australian winter in 2020. Revenue increased by 150% and Sales increased by 97% YoY winter 2020 vs winter 2021.
Conversion rate was increased by 13.5%, which refers to the number of visitors to a website who make a purchase from an online store over a period of time.
It doesn’t stop there, as the challenge extends to next winter 2022 and the potential significant increase in audience.
